Effective date: May 17, 2026. These Terms govern access to Nexora websites, dashboards, and onboarding services.
1. Eligibility. You represent that you are legally capable of entering binding agreements, are not sanctioned or restricted, and are accessing the platform in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Account Registration. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update any change to identity, contact, jurisdiction, or wallet details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Compliance Checks. Nexora may request additional documentation, perform verification checks, and pause or reject onboarding at its sole discretion for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or risk-management reasons.
4. No Guarantee. Any statements regarding project timelines, allocation, token utility, market conditions, or potential performance are provided on an as-is informational basis without guarantee.
5. Referral Program. Referral records are subject to validation. Nexora may modify, withhold, reverse, or cancel referral credits in cases of abuse, duplicate registrations, false identity data, or prohibited conduct.
6. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, misrepresentation, data scraping, security abuse, unauthorized access attempts, sanctions evasion, or money-laundering related conduct.
7. Suspension and Termination. Nexora may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access, and may cancel pending actions where required by law, policy, security response, or operational risk controls.
8. Intellectual Property. All Nexora marks, interface content, systems, and materials remain the property of Nexora or its licensors. No license is granted except limited personal access as expressly allowed.
9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nexora disclaims indirect, incidental, consequential, special, and punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or opportunity.
10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Nexora and its affiliates against claims, liabilities, losses, and costs resulting from your breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by applicable law specified by Nexora. Pre-dispute notice and good-faith resolution efforts are required before formal proceedings.
12. Changes to Terms. Nexora may update these Terms at any time by posting revised text. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
